Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You can grocery shop or just drop in for a good coffee or smoothy. Their selection is surprisingly large for a small store...I would highly recommend a visit.

Every time I enter the door I am welcomed with a smile. Someone is always quick to ask if they can help me. The employees are knowledgeable about the products they carry and often give personal testimony. By far the best place for my Natural healthcare needs.
